Science-based Pain Coaching
How you as an athlete can finally get rid of your pain...
… instead of relying on massages, adjustments, and similar treatments just to get by.

Dear Athlete,
Is your pain currently ruining your mood because you miss your sport? Are you frustrated because you don’t know how to get rid of your pain? We completely understand!
You’ve probably been to numerous doctors and therapists, but they all told you different things and couldn’t really help.
You can’t manage it on your own either, as your pain keeps coming back stronger whenever you try to get back into sports.
Honestly? It’s not your fault!
It’s more about the healthcare system, which doesn’t have the time to provide you with the care you need (and deserve).
And that’s exactly what we are changing with our coaching. We provide you with the clarity you’re looking for through our clear coaching structure.
We are here for you and will support you every step of the way back to your sport (instead of leaving you alone in this journey).

I didn't expect such improvement so quickly.
For over two and a half years, I had to deal with recurring SI-Joint complaints. Traditional physiotherapy and visits to the chiropractor only provided temporary relief. After 6 weeks of coaching, I was pain-free and noticed progress in every training session.
After just one month, I was able to ski pain-free.
At the beginning of the coaching, I was severely limited in my daily life, and returning to the field seemed hard to imagine. Now, I am almost pain-free in my daily life, walk about 10,000 steps every day, and officiate a game as a linesman every weekend.
It works wonderfully, which I initially didn't think it would.
I had been thinking about getting help for a long time, but I always hesitated because I thought I could handle it myself. My pain has drastically decreased or is sometimes completely gone. I can only recommend Perform Perfect to everyone.
FAQs
You might be wondering...
Does Online Coaching even work?
Of course! With this type of coaching, we achieve significantly better results than through conventional physiotherapy because we can support you much more consistently and intensively than in those meager 20-minute appointments in the practice.
And that is necessary if you want to get rid of pain that has been present for a long time.
Does the health insurance cover the coaching?
Due to the significant differences in the regulations of health insurance companies, we cannot provide a clear answer here.
We recommend that you submit the invoice for the coaching. In principle, you will initially pay for the coaching yourself.
How long does the coaching last?
Of course, it depends on how severe your pain is and how long you have had it.
Generally, we work with our athletes for 3-6 months.
Who is the coaching suitable for?
We work exclusively with athletes who have been in pain for over 3 months.
This is our area of expertise, and that’s exactly why our quality and results are very good.
What equipment do I need?
Ideally, you should have a gym membership, as it offers us the most options and therefore flexibility.
If you absolutely cannot get used to a gym, then you should at least have dumbbells and enough weight available.
What if the coaching doesn't help?
We have developed a crazy guarantee that we call the “You Get What You Pay For Guarantee.”
With this guarantee, we take all the risk on our side – more information about this in the pain analysis. 😊
